How to Maximise Your Spa Experience

Before booking one of our Treatments or Therapies, please carefully read our information and advice. 

Booking Your Spa Appointment

To maximise your treatment experience and take full advantage of our changing and relaxation facilities, we ask you to arrive 10-15mins early for your appointment. 


If you are pregnant or have a prior medical condition, please ensure you mention this at the time of booking to avoid potential disappointment when you arrive for your appointment.


In order to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, we request that all mobile phones are switched off. 


In consideration of fellow guests and for health and safety reasons, we ask that children are not brought into the salon.


A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve all appointments with a value of £30 or more.

Appointment Advice for…

  • Waxing

    We recommend avoiding heat treatments (e.g. sauna, sunbed, jacuzzi, workout or swim) for 8 hours after waxing and that you avoid using deodorants for 24 hours after underarm waxing.

  • Pedicures

    We recommend wearing open toe sandals/flip flops for pedicures.

  • Self-Tanning Treatments

    To minimise the risk of irritation and avoid any streaks or patchiness, all waxing/shaving should be done at least 24 hours prior to tanning treatments. We recommend wearing loose, dark clothing. Tight clothing/underwear will rub off your tan.

  • Teenage Treatment

    Parental consent is required for all treatments offered to under 16 year olds, who must be accompanied by an adult.

Mobile Service

We are happy to offer clients with disability/mobility issues a full range of treatments in the comfort of their own home. Just let us know if this is the best option for your spa session.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24hours notice If you are unable to attend your appointment. For spa days or appointments lasting four or more hours please give 72 hours notice. On most days we operate a cancellation list of clients waiting for treatments, if you cannot make your appointment, please show consideration by giving us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to someone else. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel your appointment without giving the required notice and 100% of the treatment cost if you fail to notify us.

Rewards & Gift Cards

Loyalty Points

As a thank you to our clients, we operate a loyalty point system whereby you automatically accrue 1 point for every £1 you spend. Please ask at reception for details of how to redeem your points. Accrued loyalty points are automatically reset to zero if you do not visit the spa in a twelve month period.

Gift Vouchers

Great for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas gifts, Mother's and Father's Day, or just simply to say “Thank You”, we have vouchers for every occasion. Amazing SPAce gift vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be purchased at reception or by telephoning the salon.

Giftcard Terms and Conditions

Please treat Amazing SPAce giftcards like cash, it cannot be replaced and Amazing SPAce will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.


The giftcard together with any unused balance will expire 12 months from the original date of purchase. The expiry date is not extendable and no change or refunds will be given.

Shopping

We carry the full range of Elemis, Jessica, Lycon, and Vita Liberata for retail. Your therapist is happy to offer advice and recommendations that will address any skin concerns you may have. Loyalty points are also awarded for retail purchases.
